Who we are
Kbnbs is operated by Kbnbs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@kbnbs.com. These Terms of Use apply to everyone who browses or uses kbnbs.com. If you create a guest account, the Guest Terms of Service also apply to you; if you advertise a property, the Host Terms of Service also apply.
What Kbnbs is, and what it is not
Kbnbs is a directory of kosher-friendly holiday accommodation in the United Kingdom, Israel and the United States. Hosts pay a subscription to advertise; guests browse free of charge and contact hosts directly. Kbnbs is an advertising and introduction platform only. We are not a party to, agent for, or broker of any rental arrangement. Any booking you make is a private arrangement solely between you and the host. We do not process rental payments, hold deposits, issue booking confirmations, or arbitrate disputes between hosts and guests. We do not verify, certify or guarantee the kosher status, religious suitability, or physical condition of any property. Kitchen setups, kashrut arrangements and amenities are declared by each host, and you should confirm anything that matters to you with the host before committing to a stay.
How enquiries work
Listings show approximate locations and no contact details until you choose to reveal them. Revealing a host’s contact details requires a free guest account with a verified email address, and reveals are rate-limited to protect hosts from harvesting. Details revealed to you are for your own genuine enquiry about a stay. You must not collect, republish, sell or share them, and you must not use them to market anything to hosts.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your sign-in email secure, since we sign you in by emailed code or link rather than a password. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, harassment, fraud, or other behaviour that harms hosts, guests or the platform. You can delete your guest account yourself at any time from the account page.
Host subscriptions and payments
Host advertising is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, taken by our payment provider Stripe. Kbnbs never sees or stores card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the renewal and the listing comes off the site at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout and include any promotional discounts applied at the time. Money for stays never passes through Kbnbs: whatever you agree with a host or guest about payment for a stay is strictly between the two of you.
Listings and moderation
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it first goes live, usually within one working day. Once a listing is live, edits the host makes publish straight away, and we may review them afterwards. We may decline, require changes to, or remove any listing at our discretion, particularly where accuracy, safety or community trust is in question. Moderation is a quality check of the advertisement only; it is not an inspection, endorsement or certification of the property.
Referrals
Hosts may share a personal referral link. When a referred host completes their first full paid month, both hosts receive a subscription credit. Referral credits have no cash value, apply to Kbnbs subscriptions only, and may be withheld where we reasonably believe the referral was artificial or abusive.
Acceptable use
You must not scrape or bulk-download any part of the site, harvest contact details, misrepresent who you are, post content you do not have rights to, attempt to bypass our security or rate limits, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access from anyone who breaches these rules.
Content and intellectual property
The Kbnbs name, logo and site design belong to Kbnbs Ltd. Hosts keep ownership of their photographs and listing text and grant Kbnbs Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform and in marketing for the platform. If you believe content on Kbnbs infringes your rights, email hello@kbnbs.com and we will investigate promptly.
Liability
The platform is provided with reasonable skill and care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law Kbnbs Ltd is not liable for loss arising from a stay, a listing, the accuracy of host declarations, or dealings between hosts and guests. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services we rely on. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be flagged on the site, and continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, wherever you use Kbnbs from.
