Kitchens with separate milk and meat

Separation is the detail most worth confirming before a booking and the one most often glossed over. Two sinks is not the same as one sink with two inserts; two ovens is not the same as one oven used for both at different times; and a host who keeps a fully separated kitchen at home may still be letting a property set up differently.

None of these arrangements is wrong — they suit different standards. The problem is only ever discovering which one you have booked after you arrive with a week of food.
